Hours of Operation & Methods of Payment

Our Web site is open for orders and business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may place an order for any of our items by shopping the department of interest from our home page, Circuits2u.com is part of the Compu-Ad Information Network. Our office hours for Telephone orders or other customer service are Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm, EST (U.S. East Coast). We can be reached

Payments via Credit Card are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after payment authorization, if the item is in-stock.. Payment via Checks or Money Orders must clear our bank prior to shipping, and may take up to 7additional days to ship.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please read below for shipping times to predict arrival of merchandise ordered.

Orders with no payment received within 3 days are automatically cancelled.

International Orders

We do not accept orders that originate or ship outside the United States at this time.
Any orders that meet this criteria will be cancelled.

 

Ship to Address

Circuits2u & Compu-Ad Information Network can ship products ordered online to the billing address of the person placing the order via credit card with no shipping delay,  or to any other address specified.  However, when other shipping addresses are used, this may delay your order 2-5 days. If a separate ship to or gift to address is to be used and you wish no delay, please contact our sales department to place your order at .  We use AVS or Address Verification to reduce fraudulent orders. We also use CVV2 (Credit Card Verification) to reduce fraudulent orders.  We log all IP addresses of people placing the orders to further reduce fraud.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to all orders being shipped to addresses.  Resellers must provide a Resale Certificate or Resellers Permit to Circuits2u & Compu-Ad Information Network & Compu-Ad Information Network, in order to be tax exempt.

 

Status of Orders

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you've ordered is not in stock, it will be backordered automatically, if available. We constantly sell items and may not always have the item you ordered.  Circuits2u & Compu-Ad Information Network replenishes its stock regularly, and backorders are filled as soon as stock is received.  We will contact you in the event an item is no longer available, or will be backordered for an extended period of time. Once you place an order with us, we may place a charge on your payment method, so we can immediately ship the item when it arrives back in stock.

 

Shipping Rates & Policies
 

To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the item you ordered and the shipping option you selected. Here's the equation we use:

(Availability, Order Processing Time) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

Our order processing time is usually 3 - 5 business days or less.   If ANY information on your order is inaccurate or incorrect such as name, address (billing or shipping), credit card information or telephone contact number, your order may be delayed up to five business days for anti-fraud purposes.  We ship UPS, and FEDEX Ground and Occasionally U.S. Mail with delivery confirmation, Type of Shipping is determined by the product ordered!, at our discretion. Orders placed after 2 P.M. East Coast U.S. Time are considered placed on the next business day.  Orders placed on a weekend are considered placed the following Monday after the weekend.  Orders placed where item(s) are shipped during a holiday period may be delayed by our shipping carriers without notice of 1-2 additional days.  We do not guarantee any shipping type for time enforcement from the carriers we use.  Within the U.S. Our shipping & handling rates are automatically calculated into the shopping cart program, and vary depending on the number of items purchased and the weight and zip code of the destination address. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

**Televisions 27" and larger will be shipped "White Glove Delivery Service", This is NOT calculated into the shopping cart, and is at additional expense.  If you order an item that meets this criteria, we will contact you prior to filling your order to obtain your approval for the additional charges.  This includes delivery, unboxing the item, and setting up the item.  Boxes are then removed.  Once the item has been setup, it is NOT returnable for any reason.  If the item becomes defective, the Manufacturer must be contacted for resolution.

** Copiers/Printers/Fax Machines - Once the toner or ink cartridges have been installed, these items can not be returned for any reason.  If defective, the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer for resolution.

** Ink Cartridge refill systems, and ink cartridges can not be returned for any reason once they are opened.

 

 

Product Returns and Warranties

All items returned to us, must be in NEW, UNOPENED condition, and returned within our 14 day return policy.  Our 14 day return policy is from the day UPS or USPS verifies you received the merchandise. We do not refund freight charges of any kind.  We do not guarantee delivery times by the carriers we use.  We do charge a 15% rate on returns that are non defective.  We do not guarantee delivery times by the carriers we use. 


Circuits2u & Compu-Ad Information Network offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all items that we sell, with the exception of the following items;  All

All items are new, unless otherwise stated except in our Re-Furbished area. 

If a product was ordered incorrectly, or is not what you wanted - we will gladly help you return it, except for the items listed above.   All returns must be pre-approved by applying for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). All items must be within our 14 day return policy. You can accomplish this by filling out our support form here Support / Questions . (Preferred Method of getting an RMA) or by calling us at (760) 542-9388. Any package received without an RMA # will be refused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to our location.  Returned items must be in the original condition with all materials, etc.

RMA's must be shipped via a traceable carrier, with tracking information (paid for at the customer's expense) and shipped to the address included in your Approved RMA instructions:

Your RMA # must be written on the outside of the returned box. Once an RMA number is issued, it is only valid for 14 days.  After 14 days, your item will be refused and will no longer be eligible for return.

Credits will be issued in the method of payment.  For Example, if you purchased by using your credit card, then a credit will be issued to the card used.  If you purchased by check or money order, then you will be mailed a check.  Refunds and credits will only be issued upon following the RMA policy above, when merchandise is received, and verified to be complete and in original condition.  Refunds will be credited back within 72 hours after merchandise is received. In the event of a chargeback dispute (credit card dispute), you agree that we may add additional fees to our collection process to recover funds lost, including a $25.00 non refundable chargeback fee, and up to a $50 non refundable collections fee in addition to any amount that is owed for merchandise and shipping/handling fees.  By ordering from us you agree that we will take any and all legal recourse necessary to collect merchandise and/or monetary amounts owed, including collections fees and/or litigation fees.


This warranty does not cover any loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage, either real or perceived. Damage from flood, lightning strikes, earthquake, any other acts of God.  Mishandling, or dropping is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is also void if Circuits2u & Compu-Ad Information Network determines that the items purchased have been damaged due to insufficient packaging during any return shipment back to Circuits2u & Compu-Ad Information Network. Furthermore, this warranty is void if unauthorized parts, repairs, and/or alterations are made to the items purchased. Circuits2u & Compu-Ad Information Network reserves the right to determine whether alterations have been made, or damages caused, by such facts that would serve to void the terms of this warranty.
